The Board of Directors of the Coastside Fire Protection District met at their regular meeting this past Wednesday--Montara Fog videotaped the meeting on behalf on the Board.
This video will eventually find its way onto the re-designed CFPD website.
CFPD holds the copyright to this video but desires that it be widely disseminated. Therefore, they are granting permission for its use (including use by the news media) as long as proper attribution is given. Note that Item 6a (Approval of Minutes) on the Consent Calendar was pulled from the Consent Calendar and was discussed immediately afterward. Both can be found in the "Consent Calendar" chapter of the video.
Also note that item 8a (Basic Financial Statements Audit) was moved up and took place between items 6 and 7.

Note that Item D on the Consent Calendar was initially voted on early in the meeting as part of the Consent Calendar by unanimous consent. At the end of the meeting (immediately prior to adjournment, in the "Fire Chief's Report" video segment) it was realized that Item D should have been a role call vote. The Board re-voted by roll call, passing it 5-0.
