Staff and board members of the Montara Water and Sanitary District traveled to Long Beach to present their case for the approval of increased water capacity for fire fighting (from the Alta Vista well) and associated storage capacity to the California Coastal Commission. The pdf of the proposal can be seen here. The proposal was approved by unanimous consent. This video has all the details. It is just under an hour in length (and the sound is slightly out of sync).
